Terms and Conditions

Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.
Open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible.
Employees of NLP Solutions UK and any company associated with specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
The closing date is 21.3.07.
Winners will be formally notified within 3 days of closing date. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about NLP Solutions UK, its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the free prize draw.
No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
Entering implies acceptance of these rules.
The prize winners will be selected at random by the judges. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
NLP Solutions UK will not pass your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
